Back in January a friend of a friend launched an online shop called Pretty Paper Packages which celebrates handmade goods from talented craftspeople. Selling all things pretty, crafty and good to the world, Jade sells skincare goodies, home fragrances, fair trade jewellery and stationary all available at tempting prices.
I’m a sucker for something unusual so when I seen these beautiful wax burners in the shape of a teapot, I just had to buy some. Priced at just £4.99, they made a lovely gift for mine and my boyfriend’s mams for Mother’s Day. I’ve only ever used the Yankee wax tarts with my wax burners so I was intrigued when I saw the little pots of beans Pretty Paper Packages had to offer. I purchased sherbet lemon and lime cooler beans and they smell good enough to eat. I can’t wait to buy some more as they’re only £2.00 each and have an average burn time of 20 hours! Take that, Yankee!
All products bought from Pretty Paper Packages are lovingly gift-wrapped making gift-giving easy.
As well as sourcing some of her products from other talented craftspeople, Jade also creates her own line of candles right here in the North East using natural, soy wax. Going by the suitable name of the Humble Housewife, Jade has a wonderful selection of scents to offer and is continuing to expand them to meet the needs of her customers.
Pretty Paper Packages is the perfect place to shop if you are looking for some unusual handmade gifts for a loved one or just a little treat for yourself (I’m thinking about treating myself to the cute elephant pen from the stationary range next).
